Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at salemfootsteps@alexakeeleyphotography.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Lost Packages If your order is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days and we'll investigate with the carrier and work to resolve it.
